In my previous post about Andy Aston I shared his wife's name, Dollie L. Ficklin. By the time the Hood County Texas Census was taken in 1900 they had one child, Herman J. Aston, born in 1897.

Aston, Andy C. to Parker, I. D., 15 Feb. 1883
I wonder if I. D. Parker was Andy Aston's first wife and what happened to their marriage? Death or Divorce? So far, I have not found another Andy C. or A. C. Aston the correct age for this to be another individual. Andy is found in the 1880 census in household with brothers. The 1890 census was largely destroyed by fire and is not available. I will need to investigate further.
